    Olá Maria e restante familia Canilhas, realmente a Almudena é o Simbolo máximo da GR, ela que começou os seus primeiros Jogos Olimpicos com a sua tenra idade, é um exemplo a seguir...
    Nunca a vamos esquecer não é verdade? Almudena estarás sempre presente no meu coração, mesmo que já não faças ginastica, como tu dizes, Maria: "Esperemos que ela continue ligada à Rítmica e que seja uma onda de nova energia, agora no outro lado do Show."
