Anahí Sosa from Argentina

Algo que nos daria muito prazer era conhecer todas as pessoas que visitam o "Caderno da Maria", mas isso, sabemos, é praticamente impossível.
No entanto, de vez em quando descobrimos algumas ilustres visitas, ou por mails enviados ou por comentários assinados.
Something that would give us a lot of pleasure would be to have the knowledge of all the persons that visits "Caderno da Maria", but that, we’re aware, is not feasible. However, from time to time we discover some "very important visitors", either by mails received or by signed comments.

Uma das nossas últimas ilustres visitas foi a atleta Anahí Sosa.
One of ours last VIP visits was the athlete Anahí Sosa.

Any, como é conhecida, é uma atleta Argentina, que acabou de deixar a competição há poucos meses.

Durante 17 anos fez da GR um estilo de vida. Iniciou a sua prática na modalidade aos 7 anos (altura em que praticava ténis), um pouco tarde para este tipo de desporto, mas nem por isso algo a impediu de ter um corriculum de vitórias verdadeiramente invejável.

As suas principais características eram a flexibilidade e o dinamismo, bem visíveis em alguns vídeos que podemos encontrar na web.

Tentar superar-se e sentir-se feliz com o seu trabalho na GR fizeram parte da sua motivação e para que tal pudesse ir sucessivamente acontecendo, Any trabalhava cerca de 40 horas por semana. Só com trabalho e dedicação se conseguem resultados de excelência no desporto, e Any, sabia isso.

No seu rol de vitórias podem-se contar sete(7) campeonatos nacionais da Argentina como campeã sendo que, três anos após iniciar a sua actividade estava na selecção nacional. Com objectivos bem definidos, sempre lutou para os atingir, alguns realizaram-se outros não, mas isso faz parte da vida.
Any, as she is known, is an Argentinian athlete that has finished the competition a few months ago. During 17 years, GR was her way of life. Initiated his practical in the modality at 7 years hold (by the time she was practicing ténis), a little bit late for this kind of sport, but neither that fact prevented her from having a great curricula of victories. Any’s main skils were the flexibility and the dynamism, well visible in some videos that we can find in the Web. Trying to exceed and feel happy with his work in GR were part of her motivation and for that, Any worked around 40 hours weekly. Only with work and dedication it is possible to obtain great results in sport, and Any, knew that.
In his roll of victories we’ve found seven (7) Argentinian national championships as champion, three years after initiate its activity she was selected for the national team. With well defined objectives, always fought for them, some carried out others not, but that’s life.

Depois, o tempo não perdoa, não para. Chega a altura em que é preciso parar e como comum mortal Any não foge a esse destino e no final de 2007 chegou a hora de Any se "despedir" do praticável.
"No puedo escribir acerca de mi propio retiro. Tal vez, dentro de unos días semanas o meses pueda relatar alguna de mis sensaciones." Vamos ficar à espera dessas suas palavras.
After those years of GR and success, time does not stop. Like any human being it is necessary to slow down, and by the end of 2007 time to stop as come for Any herself and "say good-bye" to the carpet.
" I can’t write about my own retirement. Maybe in a couple of days, or weeks or even months I might be able to tell you what I’m feeling” We will wait for those words.

Actualmente, com 26 anos, Any tem um blog muito interessante onde escreve sobre vários assuntos da Rítmica mundial, um verdadeiro jornal digital da actividade que ela vai mantendo actualizado e ainda um site que ficou do seu tempo de atleta. Para além disso Any parece descobrir uma veia de jornalista colaborando com alguns portais digitais escrevendo, obviamente, sobre aquilo que tão bem conhece, a ginástica Rítmica.

Depois desta breve apresentação da atleta e nossa leitora, deixamos os votos de sucesso e felicidade para a nova fase da vida pós-atleta, que continue ligada à modalidade enriquecendo-a com o seu conhecimento e dedicação.

Currently with 26 years old, Any has a very interesting blog where she writes about several subjects regarding Rhythmic’s world, a true digital newspaper of the activity that she is maintaining brought up to date. Besides that , Any seems to be discovering a journalistic inspiration, collaborating with some digital newspapers writing, obviously, about what she knows best the Rhythmic.

After this short athlete’s presentation as well a visitor, we address trully votes of success and happiness for the new phase of her life after-athlete, and wishing that she remains close to the modality, still enriching it with his knowledge and dedication.
